After completing a Security Management Course, he founded Newgen in 2006 with a vision to deliver professional security services and promote socio-economic upliftment through employment.

Vikas Tiwari is an IT Graduate with an MBA in International Business.
Began his career at GE (General Electric) as a Manager Trainee, dedicating six years and advancing to Sr. Manager (Processing) in Atlanta, USA.
In 2012, driven by a vision for greater success, he expanded the organization and established two new entities — Newgen Industrial Security (Guj.) Pvt. Ltd. and Anvika Consultant and Management Services.
Through unwavering commitment, strategic leadership, and professional excellence, he transformed Newgen Services from a nascent entity into an industry leader.
Under his dynamic leadership, the company achieved nationwide growth, powered by zeal, innovation, and relentless hard work.
His strong emphasis on compliance, discipline, and rigorous workforce training earned client trust and industry recognition, making Newgen the preferred choice for security and allied services across India.

A seasoned military veteran with 14 years of experience, he is a Physics Graduate and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Operations Management.
His commitment to professional development is reflected through multiple diplomas and certifications in leadership and security management.
During his distinguished army career, Major Thakur earned a rare distinction by serving across the challenging terrains of the Line of Actual Control (LAC), Line of Control (LOC), and the Indo-Myanmar Border (IMB).
He has also successfully managed security operations for Indian Premier League (IPL) franchises, demonstrating operational excellence and strategic leadership in high-pressure environments.

14+ years of expertise in Physical Security Management and Security Automation, leading operations across major industrial and corporate environments with a focus on safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Worked with prestigious organizations such as Reliance Industries Ltd., Senvion Wind Technology, Adani Port and SEZ, Parekh Group, and Bhilosa Industries, handling large-scale security operations and workforce management.
