Major R.S. Tiwari, The Founder, an OTA Chennai alum and veteran of the Indian Army, served during the 1971 Indo-Pak War, kargil war and took part in many counter-insurgency operations. With 34 years of unblemished service, he's a growth-oriented leader with expertise in military intelligence.
After completing a security management course, he founded Newgen in 2006, emphasizing professional security services and social-economic upliftment through employment. A true philanthropist, Major Tiwari is dedicated to service excellence and the welfare of the Newgen community.
Recently recognized with the Lifetime Achievement Award at CAPSI Security Leadership Summit 2023 by CM of Gujrat, Honourable Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel , Major Tiwari is not only a leader in the industry but also a source of inspiration.

Vikas Tiwari, is an IT Graduate with an MBA in International Business. Commencing his career at GE (General Electric) as a Manager Trainee, he dedicated six years, ascending to the role of Sr. Manager (Processing) in Atlanta, USA. In 2012, driven by a vision of greater success, he ventured independently, augmenting the existing company and establishing two more entities: Newgen Industrial Security (Guj.) Pvt. Ltd. and Anvika Consultant and Management Services.
Vikas's unwavering commitment and professionalism transformed Newgen Services from a nascent entity into an industry giant. Under his leadership, the company expanded its footprint nationwide, propelled by zeal and relentless hard work. His emphasis on compliance and rigorous training earned accolades from clients, making the company the preferred choice for security and allied services across states.

A seasoned military veteran with 14 years of experience, he is a Physics graduate and holds a PG Diploma in Operation Management.
His commitment to professional development is evident through various diplomas and certifications in leadership and security.
During his distinguished army career, Major Thakur earned a unique distinction by serving along the challenging terrains of the Line of Actual Control (LAC), Line of Control (LOC), and the Indo-Myanmar border (IMB).
He has successfully managed security operations for franchises in the IPL.

Leading our operations since 2015, he brings a wealth of experience as a dedicated infantryman with 30 years of service in the Sikh Light Infantry regiment of the Indian Army.
His distinguished career includes instructional roles at the Indian Military Academy (IMA) and the National Defence Academy (NDA).
Additionally, he has actively participated in Counter-Insurgency operations in the North and served with valor in the Kargil War.
